If you wish, you are more than welcome to secure financing through your own bank, and we’re happy to collaborate by providing any needed documentation. First off, we are sorry that it happened to you. It can be a terrible feeling knowing your home is damaged.

Ready for the good news? We can help you. Call us right away so we can perform any emergency repairs to mitigate any further damage (water getting into the house, animals getting in through compromised areas, etc.).

Once your home is secure from any further damage, we will help you navigate the insurance process. With years of experience and countless hours of restoration training, we are able to advocate for you and make sure all repairs that are needed are covered by insurance. We do all of the legwork and help with the paperwork process, and all you are responsible for in the end is your deductible payment. Pretty sweet, right?

Lead-based paints were outlawed in 1978. If your house was built before 1978, there is a potential for lead-based paint to be present on the interior, exterior, or both.

We are LeadSafe Certified, meaning we have gone through rigorous hands-on training and testing to properly handle lead-based products disturbed during the renovation. Testing procedures, dust containment, proper disposal of waste, education to you before project start, diligent record keeping, and meticulous clean up following EPA standards are just a few of the key steps in our LeadSafe practices method. We make sure all boxes are checked and that all of your questions are answered before we embark on any project containing lead.
